At Maid Advantage you can trust you are getting the best cleaning services available. We also handle all aspects of the cleaning service including taxes and any other paperwork. Please keep in mind that if you do hire a self employed cleaner you are responsible for all taxes and paperwork, who wants to deal with all that hassle? Maid advantage is also licensed, bonded, and Insured which means in the event of an injury or breakage you are fully protected.

All of Maid Advantage’s employees have gone through an extensive background check. Each member of the team also goes through a training program to be sure that they know how to provide you with the best cleaning services around. We are licensed, bonded, and insured. This means that in the event of an accident, whether it be and injury or damage, in your home you are not liable.

It is not necessary that you be home during your cleaning services. Because we operate under standard business hours most customers are not home. We suggest customers provide us with a copy of the house key so that we may gain access to the home. Each key is coded immediately upon arrival to the office with a series of numbers assigned to your name for security purposes.

Our teams handle your home cleaning with the utmost care. However, sometimes accidents do happen. Maid Advantage is fully insured and in the event of any accidental breakage during a service we will do our best to repair or replace the damaged item.

We accept check or cash as payment for services. This payment is due at time of service. Some Regular service customers do have arrangements to pay through their bank. Please call the office if you are interested in setting up payments this way.

Although we try and be as accurate as possible, we cannot give an exact time for a cleaning service. We stay in each home until the cleaning service is complete and we cannot always be sure how long this will take. Just like we will never leave your house incomplete we appreciate your understanding that we cannot leave other homes before completion as well. If you need a more specific time we suggest trying to schedule a first or last position.

Maid Advantage supplies each team with their own cleaning supplies. However, If you would like a specialty product to be used it’s NO PROBLEM! We simply ask that you purchase the product and leave it out where your Maid Team can see it.

In the rare case that your team misses something during your service simply give us a call within 24-hours and we will come back and make sure those specified areas are up to your expectations and beyond at no extra fee.

One-time cleaning services are priced on an hourly basis. Please call our office for further details.

Regular-Services are priced by a custom in home estimate. This allows us to make sure you are getting the best value and cleaning services personalized to your homes specific needs.
